a. Selecting a Utility Users Tax rate of 8% or 9%, in place of the 7% rate reflected in the documents presented on April 14, 2026;
b. Adopting the Amended and Restated Resolution, submitting the revised ballot measure to the voters at the November 3, 2026 General Municipal Election, by the required two-thirds vote of the full Council under California Government Code section 53724(b)
The greater the taxes are the greater the corruption is. At least they ask you to vote for it (or at least maybe 25% of the population that makes a majority). Waking up yet, Los Angeles County?
